1. Introduction

These are the Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") for Mimu (hereinafter "the App") provided by Remosia Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "we" or "us").

By downloading or using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Service Description

The App is an automatic diary generation service powered by AI technology.

Key features

• Morning greetings
• Inner voice responses to murmurs
• Evening diary generation
• Mood tracking
• Calendar view

An internet connection is required to use the service.

3. Age Requirement

The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. Use by persons under the age of 13 is prohibited.

4. Subscription

The App provides basic features free of charge, with additional features available through a subscription.

• Subscriptions are purchased through Apple's App Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel auto-renewal from your Apple ID account settings after purchase
• If you purchase a subscription during a free trial period, any unused portion of the free trial will be forfeited
• Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The diary entries, inner voice responses, and morning greetings generated by the App are AI-generated content.

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of generated content
• AI may generate content that does not match the facts
• Generated content does not substitute for professional advice in medical, legal, financial, or other fields
• Users use generated content at their own responsibility

6. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights in the design, code, and content of the App belong to us.

Copyright in text entered by users and diary entries generated from that text belongs to the user.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited:

• Any act that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Unauthorized access or interference with the service
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling
• Harassment or defamation of third parties using the App
• Unauthorized use for commercial purposes

8. Disclaimer

• We are not liable for damages arising from use of the App, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence
• We are not liable for unavailability due to communication failures, server failures, or failures of third-party services
• We are not liable for iCloud synchronization delays or data loss

9. Service Changes & Termination

We may change or terminate the service with prior notice. In the event of service termination, we will notify users within the App or on the website at least 30 days in advance.

10. Apple Standard EULA

For matters not covered by these Terms, Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA) applies.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

In the event of any dispute arising under these Terms, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
