Remosia Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "we" or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information in the app Mimu (hereinafter "the App"). This Privacy Policy describes how we handle data in the App.
By downloading or using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to this Policy.

We do not collect or store your personal information.
All data entered in the App (murmurs, mood stamps, profile information, diary reactions, etc.) is stored only on your own device and your Apple iCloud account. We have no means of accessing this data, and user data is never stored on our servers.
All data management and retention is entirely under your control. You can permanently delete your data at any time by deleting the App or through your iCloud settings.
Information we do not collect
To provide diary generation, morning greetings, and inner voice features, we temporarily transmit some of your data to external AI services. This is not "collection" of data, but "processing delegation" for feature delivery.

The App does not use any third-party tracking tools, analytics tools, or advertising SDKs.
We do not engage in tracking under App Tracking Transparency (ATT).
Subscription billing is processed through Apple's App Store. We do not collect or store payment information such as credit card numbers.
Billing information is handled in accordance with Apple's privacy policy.
The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not intentionally collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
If we learn that a person under 13 is using the App, we will delete the relevant data.
We may update this Policy from time to time. If there are significant changes, we will notify you within the App. The latest version will always be published on this page.
